The materials within the Geologic Time kit include (but are not limited to) various types of fossils, fossil assemblage cards, fossil timeline cards, and a rope. The activities range in target age and include the relative dating of cross sections, a radiometric dating activity, and the creation of a geologic time line. Also available is a separate box of rocks dating back to 3.5 billion years ago.
